Synthesis and Investigation of Zeolite TiO2/Al-ZSM-12 Structure and Properties

The textural, structural, morphological, and acidic properties of TiO2/Al-ZSM-12 zeolite synthesized viathe hydrothermal method using methyltriethylammonium chloride as a template were studied in this study. structure, size, shape the crystallites, acidity materials investigated detail following methods: XRD, low-temperature nitrogen adsorption–desorption, XRF, FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, DRS UV–Vis, DRIFTS, PL, SEM, TEM, solid-state NMR spectroscopy on 27Al, 1H, 29Si, 1H-29Si 23Na nuclei, NH3-TPD, TG, DSC, DTA, FTIR-Py, FTIR-2,6-dTBP, FTIR-CD3CN, DRIFTS-acid. presence tetrahedral titanium was confirmed by DRIFT, 29Si NMR. It revealed that crystallites zeolite, elongated along b axis, had higher compared to unsubstituted Al-ZSM-12. oxidative catalytic activity photoinduced decomposition crystal violet dye it found reaction proceeds most efficiently H2O2 an oxidizing agent catalyst (PCA = 0.157%∙min−1).
